An important responsibility of a security officer is being able to understand how to observe and properly fill out documentation. During some high profile assignments, security officers may be faced with communication barriers from individuals whose primary language may not be English and knowing how to effectively deal with such challenges can make the difference in a life or death situation. This course gives insight into properly documenting information using various types of reports and understanding observation and patrolling techniques, as well as knowing how to ask appropriate questions in interviews.
