The Websites are operated for and branded to a number of organizations by ZipEdTech, LLC d/b/a ZipMart (“ZipMart”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing and using this Website, you, the company you represent and the company that registered you (“You”/”Your” or “User”) agree that You have read, understand and accept this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is available for You to better understand Our privacy practices with respect to the information provided or collected on or through any of the Websites. If You do not agree, please do not use the Website. By using the Website and submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) to Us, You are consenting to allow Us to collect, use, and disclose such PII in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and as permitted by law. This Privacy Policy applies solely to Your use of these Websites, and describes the following:

  1. What information is collected from You through the Website, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.

The Services may contain links to Third Party Platforms. If You use Our Services on or through a Third Party Platform, including via any Wireless Devices, Your privacy will also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the terms of service, privacy policies and/or practices of any Third Party Platform You may use to access the Services, and You should review the policies and agreements of such Third Party Platforms carefully.


  1. Children's Privacy

If You are a child under the age of 13, You are not permitted to use the Websites and should not send any information about Yourself to Us through the Websites. ZipMart does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If We are notified or become aware that a child’s personally identifiable information has been transmitted to Us, We will immediately destroy such information in accordance with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may access and use this website only with your parent’s permission.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

When a User accesses the Websites, We automatically receive and collect certain information, including but not limited to the User’s navigation path (e.g. the URL You visited last and the URL You go to next) the type of browser You are using, and Your IP address (collectively “Web Usage Information”). Most websites automatically collect this type of information. In addition, primarily through the use of cookies, We may collect other Web Usage Information, such as the web pages the browser visits on Our Websites, the amount of time spent on such web pages and whether the browser re-visits Our pages. You are always free to decline Our cookies (if Your browser permits You to do so). Web Usage Information may be stored or accessed using a variety of technologies, including cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, entity tags, and other similar technologies whether now known or later devised. From time to time We may use additional typical methods of collecting data. Please note that certain of these technologies may be set, changed, altered, or modified by settings and configurations on Your device.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Information that identifies You as a particular individual is referred to as personally identifiable information. When You contact Us through the Website or other means (e.g. by filling in and submitting an information request form), submitting an e-mail through Our “Contact Us” feature, creating or updating a User Account, participating in an online course, and/or sending Us an e-mail directly, You are providing Us with PII that may include, but is not limited to, Your name, e-mail, telephone number, and location information.

We do not currently retain credit card numbers internally. Instead We partner with payment providers who adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

When You register a User Account and/or purchase a course from ZipMart, We may collect a variety of information, including but not limited to Your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences. When You participate in an online course, We may collect information from You that is generated by Your activities within the course, such as assignments, quizzes, and tests. We may also collect data about Your usage of the Website during the course, such as how long You stayed on one screen, where You clicked on a screen, or mouse movement. We may also collect PII to assist us in tracking attendance, progress, and completion of courses.

If You use the Services on or through a Wireless Device, We may, in accordance with the terms of any applicable agreement with the Wireless Device carrier (and as allowed by Your privacy settings) collect certain information such as Your unique device identifier (a number automatically assigned to Your mobile or wireless device), device type, operating system version and information You may choose to provide or share, such as Your e-mail address (collectively "Mobile Information").

We do not ask for, access or track any precise location-based information from Your Wireless Device.

We may send push notifications to Your mobile device to provide updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from the "options" or "settings" page for the mobile application. To ensure You receive proper notifications, We will need to collect certain information about Your device such as operating system and User identification information.

We may use mobile analytics software to allow Us to better understand the functionality of our Services on Your phone. This software may record information such as how often You use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information We store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information You submit within the mobile application.

Use of the Information

We may use the information that We collect about You for any purposes not prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, including as follows:

Participation in Online Courses. We use the PII and non-PII that We collect from Your participation in online courses in several ways, including but not limited to:

  1. By providing such information to Our instructors, managers, and directors to assist in determining Your satisfactory completion of the course,
  2. To help improve or modify the course and Our online platform and services,
  3. To archive the information for record keeping purposes, and
  4. For processing of certificates of completion.

Support and Improve the Websites. ZipMart uses any information it collects to:

  1. facilitate and enable the functioning of Our Websites and to expand and improve Our visitors’ online experience,
  2. aggregate such information with other visitors’ information to assess trends and better design, monitor, and otherwise improve Our Websites,
  3. to focus our marketing efforts. In some cases ZipMart may combine Web Usage Information related to Your access to Our Web sites with personally identifiable information.

We use the combined information to provide Our students and web visitors with a better online experience by providing customized features and services. Once combined, the resulting data is protected as PII as described in this Privacy Policy.

Respond to Inquiries. ZipMart will use Your information to respond to You, regarding the reason You contacted Us. Users who click ‘submit’ when using Our ‘Contact me for more information’ form explicitly authorize ZipMart to contact them for the exclusive purpose of providing promotional information about Our services using the PII provided. We can respond to Your general inquires via manual dialed calls or email. By submitting Your PII You are allowing Us to retain and process such information as necessary to perform the services offered to and requested by You, including but not limited to processing payment for courses or contacting You to discuss courses We offer.

Third-Party Service Providers. ZipMart may use third party service providers to assist Us in providing and managing the ZipMart services. We may make Your information available to Our agents and service providers so that they can provide requested services to You on Our behalf. These third parties assist Us in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: (i) developing and supporting product and features; (ii) supporting our marketing efforts; (iii) processing payments; (iv) developing and supporting the Website; (v) processing data and statistics; and (vi) hosting media content. Third parties will not track Your outside online activities over time and across different websites after using the Website.

We are the sole owner of the information collected on this Website. We only have access to and collect personally identifiable information that You voluntarily give Us via e-mail, fill-in form, or other direct contact from You. We do not knowingly allow other parties to collect PII about Your online activities over time and/or across third-party websites when You use Our Websites and services.

We are serious about Your privacy and We take precautions to protect Your information. We use reasonable security measures to protect Your information, both online and offline.

Wherever We collect personally identifiable or sensitive information (such as credit card data) from You, that information is transmitted to Us in a secure way and/or encrypted, through the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificates. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of Your web browser or in the URL address bar, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. However, take note that despite the protective measures taken by ZipMart, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

In addition to using encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, We also protect Your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job function (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to PII. Lastly, the computers/servers in which We store PII are kept in a secure environment.


  1. Your Access to and Control Over Your Information

We do not respond to web browser ‘do-not-track’ signals or other mechanisms that may provide You the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of information on the Website. However, You may opt out of any future contacts from Us at any time by contacting Us at legal@ZipEdTech.com.

We do not typically share Our Users information with non-affiliated third parties, but We may do so at Our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.   1. What Happens when Your Account is Terminated or Deleted

Please be aware that even after Your Account is terminated or deleted some or all of Your information may still remain visible to others, including but not limited to any information that has been: (a) incorporated into others User's content, comments, postings, submissions, including but not limited to Course comments ; (b) copied, stored or disseminated by other Users; (c) shared or disseminated by You or others such as in a Public Posting; or (4) posted on a Third Party Platform. A request to delete and/or termination of Your Account will not result in the removal of information collected and already put in aggregate form or information that cannot, in Our sole discretion, be removed without undue burden to Us. We are not able and/or obligated to remove any of Your information from a Third Party Platform.

Moreover, please be aware that even after You delete Your Account or Your Account is terminated, Your information, is not deleted in its entirety from Our servers and may not be deleted from servers of the Third Party Platform You use to access Our Services. We may retain backup copies of Your information, including personal information on Our servers or databases (and/or any authorized third party servers or databases We use) to assist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this Privacy Policy regardless of whether Your Account is deleted or terminated. We will retain Your information for as long as it serves a reasonably useful commercial purpose. Moreover, any Third Party Platform that You use to access the Services may also retain backup copies of Your information even after Your Account is deleted or terminated which may be used and/or disclosed in accordance with their privacy policy

Complaint Resolution Policy

We are committed to providing quality service for Our participants. One of the ways in which We can continue to improve Our service is by listening and responding to the views of Our members and customers, and in particular by responding to complaints in a prompt and polite manner.

Complaints should be in writing, signed and submitted to ZipMart Complaints, 11859 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90025, or legal@ZipEdTech.com. Complaints should allege a violation that occurred no more than one (1) year prior to the date the complaint is received by ZipMart. Each complaint must include the following:

  • A statement describing the violation, including the date, in question,
  • A list of facts to support the alleged violation claim, and
  • A signature and contact information for complainant, including phone number and email.

We will review all complaints within a reasonable time after they are received and respond within fifteen (15) business days by phone or mail. We strive to resolve each complaint within sixty (60) business days. If further time or action is required the complainant will be notified.
