This course provides a “big picture“ introduction and broad overview of sober living for operators, managers, and those thinking about opening a recovery residence. This course discusses issues that are pertinent to operating a highly-effective Sober Living Home in California, and nationwide. This course also reviews and introduces the National Association of Recovery Residences (N.A.R.R.) Standards.

This course satisfies the basic training requirements for membership within a Sober Living Network, and meets continuing education requirements for CCAPP, NAADAC and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences for MFT/LPCC/LEF/LSSW.

This course meets the qualifications for 4 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
